Ashwin Karkera
(Chief Growth Officer)

Ashwin Karkera was appointed Chief Growth Officer of Ekasys Inc. in July 2025. In this capacity, Mr. Karkera is charged with defining and executing a comprehensive growth roadmap that aligns with Ekasys’s long-term vision and federal IT market opportunities. He leads the pursuit of new federal and commercial contracts, cultivates strategic alliances, and scouts merger, acquisition, or joint-venture prospects to expand the company’s service portfolio. Under his guidance, Ekasys’s branding, digital marketing, and thought-leadership initiatives are being elevated to reinforce its reputation as a trusted IT partner to government agencies.

In addition to driving new business, Mr. Karkera oversees customer success and retention programs designed to deliver exceptional client experiences, maximize renewal rates, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. He has implemented data-driven revenue-operations processes and tools that forecast sales pipelines, optimize pricing models, and track performance against growth targets—providing the executive team with the insights needed to adapt strategy and hit aggressive revenue goals.

Mr. Karkera brings to Ekasys a wealth of experience delivering technology-centric solutions across financial services, education, and federal government sectors. He has served as a program manager and chief solution architect for large-scale initiatives involving network and systems architecture, application design and development, service-level management, policy governance, and security operations. His leadership in these domains has consistently produced robust, compliant, and scalable IT environments that meet rigorous federal requirements.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Greycells Technologies. His professional credentials include CISSP, PMP, CSM, SAFe® Agilist, PMI-ACP®, ITIL, and the full suite of AWS Associate and Professional certifications, underscoring his commitment to both technical excellence and disciplined project delivery.
