  2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items and sale items are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at atherton.larry@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

  7. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
