SeaPort Next Generation (NxG)
The Department of the Navy's multiple-award vehicle for engineering and program-support services.
What it is
SeaPort NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services across 23 functional areas, including engineering, financial management, and program management. Navy systems commands including NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP, along with the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the U.S. Marine Corps, compete requirements among more than 2,400 IDIQ holders, roughly 85 percent of them small businesses.
